AJB Executive Search was founded in 1996 and from inception it was decided that the company's main focus would be in financial services, and in particular COMPLIANCE. 

The company has specialised in the Financial Services industry for many years and has an excellent reputation within the industry. Jonathan Banjo, who has been the Principal consultant has developed this by building personal and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike.

The company is now determined to expand and develop its presence further within the compliance function, to cover the following areas:

a. Asset Management, Retail and Institutional. Unit Trusts Operations. This will also include Third Party Administration.

b. Investment Banking, Money Laundering, Capital Markets, Stock-broking and Private Clients.

c. Pensions, Actuarial and Life Assurance.  

d. Mortgage related business.

The company will now also be recruiting and extending our services to clients in the following areas,

Accountancy in Banking 

This will include Internal Audit and other related positions, as well as financial reporting and project management. 

Banking Operations

All aspects of Banking Operations, including support staff for all functions. Analysts, Fund Managers and Client Liaisons.
